Melbourne Harbor Marina "®" Rate Sheet
Please feel free to contact us by phone, e-mail,
or VHF Channel 16 for reservations.
Dockage:
Transient: $1.75/ft. per night (30 ft. minimum).
Long-term (1 yr. min.): $12.00/ft. per month + overage*
Short-term (6 - 11 months): $13.00/ft. per month + overage*
Month to month (2 - 5 months): $14.00/ft. per month + overage*
One Month: $15.00/ft. + overage*
*Overage = Number of feet of boat over length of slip rented
Liveaboard Fee:
$150.00/month, in addition to your dockage.
Weekend Liveaboard:
$30.00 Bath House key deposit plus $5.00 per night.
Otherwise, there are bathrooms available in the
Marina Office, where the key can be obtained.
Electricity:
Transient: $5 for 30 amp cord per night.
$8 for 50 amp cord per night.
$15 for 100 amp cord per night.
Permanent: Metered and read by Florida Power & Light,
billed by the Marina.
Deposit Requirements
Rental Deposit - Equal to first month's rent (including
liveaboard, if applicable) and 6% Florida sales tax.
Electrical Deposit - $50.00 per 30 amp cord, $80.00 per
50 amp cord applies to short and long-term dockage.
Bath house key deposit - $30.00 (totally refunded
upon return of key)
